Why we offer it
A simpler way to pay for dental care
Dental insurance is not the right fit for everyone. Some patients do not have access to it, and others prefer to pay for their care directly.
We created Elite Gold to give those patients a predictable discount without trying to reproduce an insurance policy. There are no coverage levels to compare and no list of annual benefits to use before they expire.
You pay the annual membership fee. We reduce our fees by 25%. That is the entire arrangement.

Sedation dentistry
When sedation is part of your treatment, the same 25% discount applies.
No waiting period
You do not have to maintain the membership for several months before using it.
No annual maximum
The discount continues to apply throughout the membership year, regardless of how much treatment you receive.
No claims or reimbursement
There is no insurance company involved. The discount is applied directly by our office.
The math
When does the membership pay for itself?
For one member, the calculation is simple.
$139 ÷ 25% = $556
Once your eligible fees for the year reach $556, the value of the discount exceeds the $139 membership cost.
If you expect to receive less than $556 in care, the plan may not save you money that year. If you are unsure, call us. We will explain our fees and help you work through the numbers before you join.

- You are still paying for your careElite Gold reduces our fees by 25%. It does not make treatment free, and no third party pays the remaining balance.
- Cleanings and exams are discounted, not includedPreventive visits receive the same 25% discount as every other service. They are not bundled into the membership fee.
- The membership only works at our officeThe discount applies to treatment provided by Dr. Baker and the team at Fort Worth Family and Implant Dentistry. It cannot be used at another dental office.
- It renews annuallyThe membership renews once a year so your discount remains active. You may turn off future renewal at any time.

You may enroll up to four people from your family. Enrollment is priced per person: $139 for the first member and $99 for each additional. Add each person during enrollment, and every enrolled member receives the same 25% discount on eligible treatment at our office.

Is this dental insurance?
